1. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note:

  • Processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • During peak periods such as holidays or promotions, processing may take longer. We will notify you by email if delays occur.
  • Orders placed outside working hours will be processed on the next business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

We ship internationally, and delivery times vary by destination:

  • Standard Domestic Shipping (if available): 5 to 7 business days.
  • International Shipping: 10 to 25 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.

Unexpected events such as customs delays, extreme weather, or carrier issues may extend delivery times. We recommend tracking your order for the latest updates.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

  • Free shipping eligibility will be shown at checkout if applicable.
  • Express delivery may be available for an extra charge.
  • Shipping fees are non refundable once an order is processed and shipped.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may incur customs duties and taxes on arrival. These charges are set by local customs authorities and are not included in the shipping fee paid to LimetowShop.

  • Customers are responsible for customs clearance fees, import duties, VAT, or local taxes.
  • Refusing to pay customs duties may result in the package being returned, with a refund issued minus return shipping costs.
  • LimetowShop is not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

While we take precautions to ensure safe delivery, LimetowShop is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once in transit. We will, however, assist in resolving issues with the carrier.

  • If marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors or your local delivery office before contacting us.
  • For lost or stolen packages, a claim should be filed with the carrier.
  • If a package arrives damaged, retain all packaging and contact us immediately.

7. Delivery Issues and Address Errors

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate when placing your order. LimetowShop is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We can only change it if the order has not been processed.
  • Once shipped, we cannot modify the address. The customer must retrieve the package or place a new order.

8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us because of incorrect details, uncollected parcels, or refusal to pay customs fees, you may choose:

  • Reshipment: We can resend it for an additional shipping fee.
  • Refund: A refund may be issued, minus shipping costs.
